Privacy Policy
Effective from 6 July 2026
Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have in relation to its processing. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

2. What personal data we process
- Identification and contact details, such as name and surname, company name, email address and phone number.
- Communication content, meaning information you share with us in an inquiry, email or during a consultation.
- Billing and contractual details necessary to enter into and perform a contract and to keep accounting records.
- Technical data obtained when you visit the website (such as IP address, browser type, and data from cookies and analytics tools).
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Handling inquiries and communication: the legal basis is negotiations to enter into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
- Performing the contract and providing services: the legal basis is the performance of a contract to which you are a party.
- Compliance with legal obligations, especially in accounting and tax matters; the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
- Website improvement and marketing: based on your consent (cookies) or our legitimate interest in developing our services.
4. Cookies and analytics tools
We use three categories of cookies on the website:
- Necessary: required for the website to function and to store your consent preferences. They cannot be turned off.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the website. We use them only with your consent.
- Marketing: tools for measuring advertising performance and targeting (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Sklik). We use them only with your consent.
You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer or in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell personal data. To operate our services, we may share it with vetted processors who provide, for example, cloud storage, email services, contact management tools, automation and web analytics. We have data processing agreements in place with all processors.
When delivering AI solutions, we work only with the data necessary for the given process, and the scope of access is always agreed with the client in advance.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
7. Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose, usually for the duration of our cooperation and then for the period required by law (for example tax and accounting records). Data from inquiries that did not lead to cooperation is kept for a reasonable period for potential follow-up communication.
8. Your rights
In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the right:
- to access your personal data,
- to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
- to erasure ("right to be forgotten") and to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing,
- to data portability,
- to withdraw your consent at any time,
- to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We handle data and access credentials with care and only to the extent necessary.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. This policy is also available in Czech; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
